There are numerous things we could be doing at any point in time to improve our health. Exercise, taking deeper breaths, eating more vegetables, spending more time in nature, and taking the time for gratitude are a few. So why don’t we do these things? We make excuses like time, money, or life getting in the way. Today, I would like to address another often overlooked factor. Self-worth. Self-worth is the first step towards self-love and caring enough about ourselves to take care of ourselves. Taking care of yourself means you care about yourself. It means that you know you deserve to feel better and to be disease free and happy.
