Try this Pumpkin Shake: Blend 1 banana, 1/2 c. apple sauce, 1/2 c. almond milk, 1 c. pumpkin puree, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 c. ice and honey to taste. Top with a little granola and enjoy!
